Terms of Payment by purchase land and house.

1*  Booking 50.000 baht or 1000 Euro ( non refund ). 
     cash or bank transfer,  we take the item 14 days from the market.
2*  Sign contract within 14 days you pay 300.000 Baht or (6000) Euro. 
3*  100% total payment within 30 days after sign contract minus the
     prepaid funds of 350.000 Baht / (7000) Euro.

By the 100% payment, registration leasehold by land office.
Lease Tax will be paid by lessor for the first 30 years.
With Freehold new owner shall be registered on Chanoot by the landoffice

Money 100% Down payment accepted in cash or bank transfer/cheque
Banking fees for account purchaser/lessee

Terms of Payment when we build a new house from plan.

 Example for a house we build in 5 months !

1*  Booking 50.000 baht or 1000 Euro ( non refund ).
     cash or bank transfer,  we take the item 14 days from the market.
2*  Sign contract within 14 days you pay 300.000 Baht or (6000 Euro).
3*  20% Down payment within 30 days after sign contract. 
     Construction will start after receiving funds.
4*  20% Down payment after 30 days.
5*  20% Down payment after 30 days.
6*  20% Down payment after 30 days.
7*  20% Down payment after 30 days.     prepaid funds will be deducted.

By the 100% payment,  registration leasehold by land office.
Lease Tax will be paid by lessor for the first 30 years.
We offer aswell that lessee can purchase first the leasehold without house
and after we build it and payments are in stages.
The plots with house aswell available as Freehold.
     
To build your house will take approx 4-10 months depends on the type of house.
Payment schedule is dependent on the time we build the house, if we need 10 months
to build a house we take 10 times a payment deposit.

Banking fees for account purchaser/lessee.

You bring money cash from abroad to Thailand ?
